Sea Bugs

I have the water in the pot and when it comes to a boil I am gonna fix me some sea bugs! I thawed out a bag of about four pounds..enough for a curried shrimp and rice lunch, a snack tonight, a shrimp omelet in the morning, and the rest in the left over gumbo for lunch tomorrow. Oh, yeah, I do like me some shrimp. If I have any left might even have a shrimp salad for supper tomorrow night...
